Beginnings...

Welcome to The Sheiling

This is brand new venture for us and we really just wanted to say "Hello"

We have spent a year renovating the cottage and its almost ready - we are now getting ready to open the doors.

We have taken our traditional cottage and given it a major over haul and it's looking good. The last part - the garden area was started today and (fingers crossed ) all will be ready for May 1st

This page is intended as a welcome and as a place we can share some more of The Sheiling's story than the other pages allow.

Today the website, facebook page and booking system go live. So it would be good to receive feed back on those - do they give you the information you need in a way thats easy to read? Its difficult to tell when you've written it yourself. All constructive criticism gratefully received.....
